baseball and festivities

The weekend's wrapping up, and I'm stuck doing all of that homework that I procrastinated doing until the last minute before the start of the school week.  But, it was well worth it.

This weekend ended up being really fun (even though Olivia's friends from LA ended up not coming).  Thursday, Kelcy and I spent all night sobbing more than we ever have over The Notebook.  Friday, I went to a baseball stadium nearby to watch an Arizona Fall League game with Paige, her boyfriend Joel, Rob, his date Christina, and Kelcy! Olivia interns for them, so she was able to get us free tickets <3  That night, we had a party at El Casa Trio and it was really good to see people we haven't seen in awhile!

On Saturday, poor Paigey had to work a double, but Kelcy, Olivia, my brother Blake (visiting from LA), and Charlie (birthday boy) sat in her section at Oregano's to help ease her pain.  Needless to say, we all passed out incredibly early that night.

And today is Sunday.  I worked this morning, got cut after an hour or two, and am catching up with homework.  Dinner later with the girls should be fun, and it's what is helping me get through this homework :)
